Most of our guests choose to make reservations at one of the many area hotels. The George, The Stella, The LaSalle Hotel, or the Hilton College Station are popular choices among many options.
Wineries & Restaurants
Some guests may also enjoy slowing things down a bit by relaxing at a local winery or experiencing some of the best restaurants Texas has to offer. Located 10 minutes from HeliBacon’s airport is The Republic. It is an upscale restaurant that offers a variety of fine dining options. If you’re looking to satisfy your craving for specialty Italian entrées, pastas, and pizzas, 16 minutes south of the airport is 1860 Italia.
Local wineries allow you to bask in the Texas sun with the perfect glass of vino. A couple of our favorite wineries include Messina Hof Winery, which borders our HeliBacon airport, and Peach Creek Vineyards, located two minutes south of College Station. Make the most of your getaway by exploring the area!
